Shoot for the Stars

Play as a cowboy shooting shooting stars in this interactive piece inspired by The Stars by the amazing Dedra Smith / Piki Designs!

Made in 4 hours on a Tuesday night, 1/30/24 by me, Pezomi

Addition 2 hours were spent to add dual-pistols on 2/7/24

Controls:

• Left Mouse Button - Shoot
• Right Mouse Button - Shoot 2 (if unlocked)
• R - Restart

Background:

I saw Dedra's design Shoot For The Stars and absolutely loved it.  I made it the wallpaper on my phone and have been staring at it for a couple weeks now and dreaming of making the cowboy actually shoot the stars, so that's exactly what I did! I made a short little arcade-style game where you are a cowboy shooting shooting stars and see how many you can shoot before 10 get past you! Have fun!
